If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day cooling-off period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please Note:   
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been washed or soiled.
We cannot accept any items covered in human or pet hair.
We cannot accept any items with distinct odours.

Note:  The customer is responsible for making sure the items are returned to us safely. If you are returning any items please make sure you send it tracked/recorded, as we are not liable for your goods getting lost on the way back to us.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the item unless it’s faulty and in that case we will reimburse the cost of postage.
